CRM is a Costumer Relationship Management product, extremely flexible, which adaptability allows it to be used in several business areas. It is very easy to integrate it  with several data base systems, workflow systems, stock management systems provided by PDM&FC or others.

     
   

 

CRM is used to maintain consistency among several clients order/demands and answers provided by operators (customer representatives).
