Function system

system command [arg1 ...]

Runs a native platform process.

Parameters:

command - String representing the name of the operating system dependent command that will be executed.

arg1 - String that will be used as argument for the command.

Returns:

The exit status of the operating system process.

The child process standard output is redirected to the current process standard output.
